These terms govern your use of the Study or Work Abroad platform operated by Inter Mobility Group ("IMG", "we"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. Version 2026-08, in force from 1 August 2026.
The service
IMG connects students and workers with universities and employers abroad. The platform lets you create a profile, browse study programmes and job vacancies, apply to them, and follow your applications. IMG mediates between you and the institutions; the final decision on any application belongs to the institution or employer.
Your account
- You register with your email address; sign-in is handled by our authentication provider.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The identity details you declare at onboarding are checked, and knowingly false information is grounds for refusal or removal.
- The account is personal — do not share access to it.
Onboarding and identity check
Before using the platform you complete a one-time onboarding: your basic identity, country of origin, a photo of your passport's first page and a portrait photo. After your deposit is verified, IMG or its regional partner in your country runs a one-time identity check. If the check does not pass, full access to the platform remains blocked; you may contact IMG to request a review.
Deposit and payments
- A one-time deposit opens the full listings and the ability to apply.
- Payments are made by bank transfer to IMG's account; you attach the proof of payment and an administrator verifies it.
- Tuition, fees and other payments related to your applications are listed on the platform with their status.
Your obligations
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, misleading or belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Respond honestly to the questions institutions and employers ask in an application.
Liability
IMG provides the platform with reasonable care but does not guarantee that any application will succeed, that a programme or vacancy remains available, or that a visa will be granted. IMG is not liable for decisions made by institutions, employers or public authorities.
Ending the relationship
You may stop using the platform at any time and ask for your account to be closed. IMG may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or fails the identity check.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we publish a new version with its own effective date. The version you accepted at onboarding stays on record, and the version in force is always available on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Podgorica, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
